Workplace Training

We provide bespoke resilience workplace training which meets the demands that both your employees and industry face.  According to the NHS and MIND, each year 1 in 4 people will experience mental health issues, This means that even if they have not discussed it with you directly, a high proportion of your colleagues may currently be struggling.

  • With professional mental health intervention productivity can increase by up to 12%.
  • We know it is better to keep people in work if possible.

The benefits to companies who provide professional mental health support are clear:

Evidence-based and skills-focused support tailored to your workplace

Sessions are evidence-based and skills-focused. This is not an off-the-shelf experience or a sticking plaster box-ticking approach to mental health it is backed by research and is transformational for businesses.

If your previous experience of Workplace Mental Health and Resilience Training has not seen an improvement in staff morale and absence please contact us for a bespoke solution.

I am a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT), Clinical Hypnotherapist, Emotional Freedom Technique Practitioner (EFT), Life Coach, Mindfulness Teacher, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner (NLP).

Three levels of support we can adapt to your business needs

Level 1:

Bespoke mental health and resilience team training.

In these evidence-based sessions, we identify what stress is, we address the impact of the pandemic on our mental health, the additional issues that have been created by furlough and the long-term effects that stress has on both the individual and on business.

I will provide science-based tools to help your workforce manage stress effectively.

Level 2:

Team training as above, and one-to-one stress analysis and evaluation sessions for each member of staff.

During these confidential sessions, I will evaluate stress and anxiety levels.

I will provide individual programmes of support and compile a confidential report based on common issues recurring for your team.

Level 3:

Level 2 training and to one-to-one coaching sessions, where appropriate, for individual members of staff.

I will not only identify issues but provide safe, confidential, insured treatment, on-site or off, as required.
